He looks best without a tan. He has a good complexion and the contrast with his dark hair and dark clothes is very nice

I think tan looks better if ur hair is lighter, but hair is dark then pale skin gives better contrast.

the tanned version mogs hard, SMV increases exponentially with tan (if you're white-skinned to begin with)
