I didn't say ethnic tax doesn't exist. It does even for chads to some level but it stops being too brutal once you are GL. For example race is a good indicator of earning potential in the US. Blacks are unlikely to earn as much as whites but height is even more correlated to getting a promotion. A 6ft black has similar earning potential to a 5'9 white guy
