Who performs BSSO? AND HOW MUCH?

I dont really think many do it for purely aesthetic reasons, I can get SARPE and jaw surgery because I have a narrow palate and an overbite, but unless you have an overbite/overjet or severe maxillofacial recession, i doubt a maxfac will actually perform surgery. The most blackpilled maxfac surgeon is Dr Hermann Sailer in Switzerland, and even he wouldnt do it on someone that doesnt actually have at least some reason to get it.

BSSO is advancment of the lower jaw to correct overbite, by bringing it into alignment with upper jaw. Your palate is narrow so you need SARPE (surgically assisted rapid palatal expansion) to widen your palate. Then you would need BSSO to align your lower jaw with upper jaw.

Well an overbite can make the jaw look weak in profile, so bringing into balance with the upper jaw would potentially improve your appearance, its up to you though.
