No. You will need MSDO when your upper palate is expanded to a point where your teeth will no longer have proper occlusion (brodie bite in this case). Go watch Ronald Ead's videos ASAP they will answer your questions.

I do have a narrow palate but I got TMJ from clenching, I used to clench 24/7 to make my jaw look sharper and it fucked my jaw up

My tmj has gone away
I just need MSE, but i dont have a narrow face, my imw is 35mm and i hope to increase it to 45-47mm, while also getting buccal fat removal this year

Then next year lf2+genio+bsso, and then ill finally be done with all this, hopefully at age 20
