maxfac would be best
however, since you have narrow airways, you most likely are subhuman, so my condolences
the test can easily be non accurate. they only care about low SpO2 which you aren't hitting as a youngcel but you may still have severe sleep disturbancei dnt have sleep apnea unless the test wasn’t accurate
but my posture is beyond awful and lm sure its bc of my airways
