who should i consult for airways problem (narrow airway) affecting breathing and posture?

I think it doesn't really matter, but
maxfac would be best

i dnt have sleep apnea unless the test wasn’t accurate :hnghn:

but my posture is beyond awful and lm sure its bc of my airways

the test can easily be non accurate. they only care about low SpO2 which you aren't hitting as a youngcel but you may still have severe sleep disturbance
 
how can you know that you've got a narrow airway?
