at the moment i'm smoking about 1 joint a week. could be worse but still a bit too much for my liking, i'm trying to decrease my usage at the moment. i also recently started doing a lot more sports and i want to get as much out of my potential endurance as i can (1 joint per week really shouldn't be that detrimental though, that's like smoking a cig per week).
