I used to be pretty fucking skinny when I was 14, and my head was pretty big but my shoulders balanced it out despite my weight. Obviously I grew into it, but shouldn't anyone else though? Unless you were seriously malnourished or something, it should eventually even out.

Noticably disproportionate head size = Framelet or peanut skull.

But yea. I agree. 27" shoulders (legit Arnold tier) and 22" head circumference > 20" shoulders and 24" head circumference.
