0 to 8 with 4 as average because after 4 standard deviations the differences are practically meaningless.

+- 1 = ~ 68th percentile = ~ 1 in 3
+- 2 = ~ 95th percentile = ~ 1 in 20
+- 3 = ~ 99.7th percentile = ~ 1 in 350
+- 4 = ~ 1 in 16,000

That would make something like;

5.5 to 6.5 = Chadlite
6.5 to 7.5 = Chad
7.5 + = Gigachad

Problem with it is that 8 is often colloquially interpreted as meaning aesthetic perfection. That skews the whole system because you end up with people hesitant to rate people as 8's and all the top models get pushed into the low-to-mid 7's as people try to distinguish between them.
