We have lots of qualified applicants and are oversubscribed but we have decided to go forward with another candidate instead of you because we felt that they were a better match for this position.

My current contract will end this summer.

^ Just got this email back from a placement I wanted to apply for, felt I was very qualified for the role, had TWO interviews and this BS bounces back.

My last interview was two weeks ago.

The younger HR woman also seemed very enthusiastic about me when we interviewed, and so did the older HR woman.

They said I had a perfect skillet... Gaslighted me, saying I had a perfect CV and experience...

I WAS REFERRED BY MY NIGERIAN FRIEND TOO.

IT'S OVER OF YOU'RE NOT LGBT, NOT A WOMAN, NOT A WASP CHAD OR NOT DARKSKIN IN 2023.

No, my Nigerian friend referred me. I also am annoyed predominantly WASP companies only accept ethnics for the diversity quota. Hire them based on skills, not because you want to preserve your whiteness.

Alright, I've got more clarification after chatting to my friend.
  • My Nigerian friend who doesn't work there told me about the job, but the official referee was a white man (who is his friend).
  • The company is very white. Like, 99% of the employees are white.

Female interviewers tend to be like this. Checked the company, every single employed person was a 3.8-4.2 PSL white WASP person with one token brown LTB.

Male interviewers tend to act very cold towards me. I checked their scorecards they gave to me for my responses once, all very low scores. This was using the STAR method with personalised answers from GPT which give IMO mogger answers.
