I already improved my sleep and lost 22 lbs. I skate and used my whoop to measure, even IF it's 20% overaccounting how many calories I burned I burned at least 1000 calories. It gives me feedback on my sleep and tells me how much time is spent sleeping in REM or deep sleep phase, light sleep phase, awake state, sleep latency (minutes to fall asleep) respiratory rate per minute, wake events, this shit is so good, if you WANT to improve something you NEED to measure to see results and an improvement.
