I only used 0,025% 2ml, self made ethanol.
At first I just waited and it got much smaller, then I tried zinc supps but this paradoxically made those lumps grow back to peak size again.
Now I think the only thing that works is to malnutrition yourself and wait or drugs like tamoxifen if you have acces.

topical fin not really,
with Dutasteride there is no risk of getting Post finasteride syndrome. People report less sides but also less growth

Thats really not enough participants. Even with oral fin/dut less than 10% get side effects. So if just 1 person of 15 has side effects, its already equal to the studies for oral intake.

eat less. I am not the only gyno case with this dose. I don't have tits, just small lumps under my nipples, actually only under one nipple by now. It's not visible from outside, It doesn't take much time for this amount of gyno to develop
