I've seen more than enough examples to show it's legit.

Weather it's increasing the bone thickness, or causing tissue thickening it has the same visible effect.

But it appears to be increasing bone thickness, not skin or tissue thickness.

Tissue's including bone are intelligent and adaptive. Weight lifting increasing bone thickness for example, proving that a bone doesn't need to under 24/7 pressures to adapt.

But it's one of those things that's so powerful, I don't like talking about it on the forums because it creates competition.
