Just look at the bone structure and say how it would boost his look in visible way .
Many will say he should get bimax- ok but still his face would be downward growth , his gonial angle would be high etc. If you have similar bone structure to above implants should be your last of last options. As long as you won't fix bone you can't expect from implant to do anything for you .
Implant is just to add bone mass which is genetic while bone position isn't .

Yes but you also need to fix as much downward growth as possible cause implant look only great if you face Has horizontal and not vertical growth

First will greatly improve his already great mandible while b only get more laterally look from front, bloat and IT will be crearly visible that implant is placed
