I thought it was a wagie thing, and that neets are experiencing pure bliss 24/7, enjoying the fuck out of doing absolutely nothing

Huh

i'd assume it's a money thing, but i got enough to live like a king for the next 15 years without earning a single extra penny, specially considering my lifestyle and the fact that i save up 70-80% of what I earn

So you do have a job?

i realized i m working with immoral retards so, after multiple conflicts, i finally lost it and disbanded the firm

i could technically go back to doing the same thing with other people, but i ve kinda had enough for now

tried to convince myself to spend some time traveling, but it's just so pointless and vapid. i have no idea how can people bother with it just to get a pic or two to post on ig

I have been NEETing since 2015. Imagine the damage done to me.

some copers on these forums claim being a NEET is 24/7 bliss, that's why i made this thread - my experience surprised me

doesn't apply to everyone, but i'm not someone who will structure their day on their initiative if they don't have to do anything. and that leads to pointless rotting and killing time with junk dopamine sources like BBC porn or internet forums

Nah, being a NEET is truly awful. It’s only bliss in the beginning but once you go a few months you’ll realize it’s hell.

yeah, completely agree. i remember the period during my studies when i just procrastinated on studying and passing some exams, and it was horrible. wasn't technically a neet, obviously, but the daily experience was the same. wake up at 2 PM, eat, be online till 4 AM, repeat.

relaxing is worthless if you have nothing to relax from

Yes, precisely. I was a semi-NEET the past few months, going to college once a day from 11 AM until 6/7 PM, but I’m dropping out again.

And it's really hard to stop.

Precisely. I even drop out just so I can back to NEETing, but I know this is just a temporary lifestyle. After a decade of doing this, I know I have to get my shit together sooner than later.

Literally me, only I had enough money for 2 years, in fact it will help you to get inner peace, as well as looksmax and all that and as a result you can return to the same thing you did, but already with a better state of health

Not to discourage you, but I'm quite sure you already said that to yourself in the first year of neeting, the second, the fifth...

neet is definition of depression; someone who doesnt do shit all day xD

If you have an inclination towards NEETing, you have to be pretty mentally unhealthy, to say the least, and even then, the bliss will start to wear off after a while. It's really not a fulfilling lifestyle contrary to popular opinion; it can just be very comfortable.

i knew i'd end up spending my time just like that the moment i closed my firm off, ngl. just not a natural grinder, and drive is as genetic as height and cock size.

no idea what the alternative is:
1. starting the same thing with other partners all over again
2. focusing on academic work
3. ???

agree. good elaboration. surprised to see the replies i'm seeing itt. i get that neeting-worshipers are mostly just coping for being failures, but still, the lifestyle of doing nothing is more degenerate than being a crack whore, tbh

Might seem extreme, but I consider it to be an offshoot of suicidality. It's a form of gradual self-destruction, but there's always a bit of hope that one can escape.

Just focus on his username and a few words. You don't need much else.
It's the damnation of those whose writing is different from others, easier to recognise.
A sort of compliment, even
