Why am I getting injured so much now?

Been lifting hard for about 8 years now. Never been injury prone usually I can work through my injuries no problem. But for the past year or 2 I’m constantly in pain and having terrible injuries I had a bad back injury that still hasn’t gotten better after a year and a half and now I have bad rotator cuff pain. The only thing that’s changed in my life is getting older and sleeping a little bit worse because of work.

This is killing me I have a very healthy active lifestyle and all I want is to feel healthy and workout without getting injured all the time.

Try Glucosamine, MSM, Chonodritin. Either way lifting heavy is not natural for the body

This is solid advice. NEM (Eggshell membrane) is also very good to take.
 
And for rotator cuff pain grab a broom or small bar and adopt a wide grip and do front raises. It will help your pain
