Why am I like this?

So went out to get a haircut

Cuz me hair is long they said it's better to go to hairdressers

So instead of going to hairdressers I went home cuz I wasn't mentally prepared to go to hairdressers I only built up the mental energy that day to go to barbers, get my hair cut and then leave

If I wasn't ugly, abused and socially isolated would I be like this?
