I look at the mirror everyday and still think im as bloated from last year but I took a pic from last year same exact angle and lighting, clearly I got leaner. So maybe you dont Notice it

You get used to your face and barely notice change half the time but it’s as simple as calories out and calories in just make sure your tracking every single thing.
