why am i not losing face fat

i dropped 40 pounds and now i have a physique nearly equivalent to jordan barrett's but my face didn’t lose much fat it’s like im permanently bloated. should i just hop on aqualyx or make a wish to gandy and pray that these acorn cheeks go away
