No psychologist can save you. Psychology was only recognized as a branch of science back in the late 19th century. Meds can help but are not the cure, since we don’t fully know how to treat it. And yeah, being too focused on looks can make you overly obsessed and mess with your mental, water I know but it’s even worse for mentalcels.
