Why am i so fuckin bloated even after stopping taking mk

I will keep asking this question as many Times as it takes cuz i still didnt find Someone who can explain this . Hi, I took MK-677, for about a month and stopped 4 months ago. Since then, I’ve had fluctuating facial puffiness, especially around the nasolabial area—worse in the morning and better during the day. Some days my face looks normal, other days more swollen. When I press on the skin it used to leave an imprint for 4 minutes, now it’s around 10 seconds, but I still feel bloated. All my medical tests are normal. Could this be prolonged fluid retention or something else? ( here is a picture u can see that the bloat under my eyes and around nasolabial area)

I dont think its fat distribution , cuz before taking all this shit I was lean asf and never had smile lines, but now the water retention make them look more visible
