I literally can eat 3.5-5k calories a day easily and that’s not even a joke and I track my calories. All of the food is healthy. Meats, fish, fruit, sweet potato, etc. I don’t even do much physical exercise. I’m In good shape but still not super lean. What is the cause of this? It’s making leanmaxxing really hard because I gain weight fast and I’m constantly hungry. Anything below 15% bf for me is very hard to maintain
