you are not "ugly".
You need to lose bodyfat, train your neck, clear your skin and grow a mustache + goatee
You will look already way better and if you commit to it this could take 2/3 months.

he has a horrible le lower third none of that is rlly helping besides maybe the goatee but HES 14 I doubt he can grow one. All we can say is that hopefully his jaw/masseter grows during puberty
