genuienly everytime someone else takes a picture of me it feels like i look so different and uglier rather than when i look into mirror or when i take a picture of myself, does it mean that i look like that from someone else's eye?

what kind of question is this

there's no such thing as photogenic or unphotogenic, such terms were made up by bluepilled people to cope with their ugliness

if you're a chad you're photogenic even if you stand still with deadpan expression or in a driver's license photo

could be high assymetry and your brain messes up your horizontally flipped view

In motion is what matters the most.

I saw a candid of a group of people and they all looked worse (not everyone) than in irl motion.

But yeah I agree with the part that if you’re attractive you’ll look good in almost every picture, even with lens distortion you can still tell whether someone is attractive or not.

Also some faces are more prone to lens distortion and sometimes a person can make a facial expression on a picture which isn’t representative for what they look irl.

For example; you make an expression where you chintuck and it will look like you have a double chin and your nose may look bigger due to the focal length of a camera.
Hardware limitations isn’t a coping mechanism. The people say it’s cope have a very binary worldview. Nuance is impotent.

If you have good self-awareness and you’re not completely delusional about facial aesthetics you can pretty much accurately determine you attractiveness level in the mirror.
You look exactly like how you do in the mirror.
The problem is that many people either overestimate their looks level in the mirror or underestimate it due to mental disorders in where they’re unable to measure their attractiveness.

You are used to looking at yourself in the mirror aka a flipped view. When someone takes a picture of you, it messes up your brain. It makes you think you look different when in reality it's actually what you look like.

True, but only you yourself aren’t used to seeing the flipped version of yourself.
If you look good in your non mirrored version, you probably look good the other way around.

People see you mirrored, but actually ‘don’t’ see your mirrored version if you get what I mean.

No such thing as photogenic you either look attractive or you don’t.

Irl/in motion shit is way more important. There are plenty of examples I've seen in real life and online where girls and guys who are good looking/hot asf look retarded in photos, so I wouldn't use photos as a way to tell how attractive you are. You should use irl treatment from people: if you are good looking people would have told you many times, including maybe some strangers if you are really good looking.
