I have deep-set eyes with hooding but recessed cheekbones/zygos cuck me from chad eyes... when i push up the skin under my eyes I look rlly good, maybe I get zygo implants or lower lid retraction but could look uncanny

there are none as far as I know

it's simply over

there are no surgeries that increase vertical projection of infraorbital rims beyond very few MMs (you cant put your cheekbones or undereye bones higher)

you can cope with tearthrough fillers or fat graft but it's not the same as having a divine undereye

Being skinny your whole life sucks because you don't develop properly and then if you bulk up you look bloate... meanwhile fat fucks lose weight and reveal perfect bones
