why animal protein is the most important thing EVER

About a year ago, I started to notice a pattern between tall and good craniofacial development and the amount of animal protein they consumed during development. Since then, I've been observing this pattern closely.

And I noticed that the higher the animal protein, the more robust, taller, and they have a better facial development, I even asked all my tall friends what their overall diet was like during puberty, and they on average ate a lot of animal products during puberty


Literally go up to the tallest person you see and ask what their overall diet looked like, they're going to say beef, fish, chicken, etc
And now, go on and ask a manlet what he ate during his childhood, he's most likely to say he ate mostly carbs like bread, rice, pasta during puberty
Another evidence of this is the tribesman in Africa, they are always super tall, robust, and have nice frames even if they're skinny




And, another theory I have is that when you see blacks particulary in America, they tend to be tall because they were mostly fed Chicken growing up ( I'm not even kidding all jokes aside) and chicken as all of you know has shit ton of protein in it.

your genetics are determined from birth, changes by eating animal protein happen over generations not in one generation

If your bloodline ate bread and grains you are fucked no matter how much meat you consume

Most blacks are shorter than whites man . They are 5’10 on average
