every fucking hormone in lowest jewish reff range . why did it happen to me?

I take medication like a trans person to raise my levels.

start with half a pill and do bloodwork. your TSH will be low and T4+T3 in good ranges, if T4 an T3 are still low on half a pill take a full one

we dont know your exact levels I recommend starting with 75 or 50mcg just in case and then you can take the 100mcg, proviron is also nice without going full roid mode
