most ratings i see are pretty accurate or overrated

The best rating system is tinder. If anyone has to post their face on an incel forum for advice, then they are sub-chadlite or autistic. The reason why harsh ratings like these exist is because women are harsh raters. At least on here there is some type of analysis to make sense of it.
