also a lot of cheap clothes on me at least have the sleeves or legs too short in proportion to waist size, asians are shorter on avg so for them it's not a problem and clothes fit better

When people have enough self esteem about their looks they dont really try to look that good in ordinary situation. It happens with good looking people often, for instance celebrities like dicaprio they were already known as epitome of beautiness, dont really try to 'look' good especially with outer materialistic value like clothes.
And you know asians are the biggest self haters and white worshippers so not really a surprise.
