Why are avarage North Euros so attractive?

As a Tajik-cel I was exposed to the blackpill already from infancy. Children with Aryan features such as blue eyes and blonde hair are cherished in my community. This probably applies to all Central Asian and South Asian cultures where Aryans went and race mixed.

Did North Euros live like warriors all of history which means only Chad and Aryan genes got passed on?
