Those are anomalies, universally neither black women or men have bone structure that is found attractive (in the west). And in the cases that they do, they are very similar to caucasian normalities.
Blacks are found very attractive in Africa though.

I would argue that it's not to do with muh "western norms", but rather certain traits that are universally seen as attractive globally are just less common on average in certain ethnicities.

It's not to say attractive black women don't exist - clearly they do, but having on average less attractive physical traits combined with societal factors (primarily obesity - and if you're in America acting "gangsta"), will make people see them as less attractive overall.
