I’m I think the side effects you’re taking about are blown way out of proportion as a way to stop people that are not prescribed GH from using it. I was very pensive about it myself reading all the horror stories of enlarged organs and diabetes written by sources that had no real founding for what they were spouting.

GH has been used in trials with both non GH deficient and GH deficient children with no ill effects, but if you asked a doctor they’d probably tell you it was super dangerous and not be able to give a good reason why.

All the talk of heart enlargement is just enlargement of the heart’s left ventricle while on GH that returns to pretreatment size after discontinuation. In cases of acromegaly where IGF levels are sky high for MANY years, you may see permanent enlargement of the heart.

IMO it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself in this cruel world . People here have done their research . Your 5'10". I wouldn't bother taking HGH. If your young and still in purberty you will probably grow to 6ft. Your current height is fine, you can fraud a few extra inches with lifts and perfect posture (most people have shit posture).
