Why are ethnics so short?

I know you guys read the title and were all like "shit nutrition, horrible environment, etc"

But if you think about it, not far from India (where the avg male is 5' 4") is the Middle East. There they're rich and I'm pretty sure have much better nutrition than curries, and yeah they're taller than curries, but why aren't they as tall as German people for example?

Is it quality of food, is it good nutrition over a span of generations, or is it just selective breeding at it's core?

I wonder why some people in the western world are unusually short too. I bet the reason I'm 5'6 is because my parents forced me to study like a faggot all my life. My entire childhood is one big panic attack. My brother is super autismo so I was their only hope. Stunted my social life, stunted my development, stunted my mental health. All so they can show off how "smart" their son is. There is a genetic component in there too (I probably woulda maxed out at 5'9 tops) so if you're blessed with 6 foot genetics and stunt your shit you're still 5'9-5'10 which isn't terrible.

Middle easterners/east asians have Neanderthal genes that decrease height, while Europeans and northern native americans have Neanderthal genes that increase it. It's partially genetic. Most sub saharan african groups are taller than middle easterners and east asians too by the way.

I don't think 5ft10 is short, its a very average height of the new-gen group.
I am Indian and 6ft5, I live in Sweden, and mog the majority of the guys here. plus I know a Bulgarian, who doesn't look white, and he's like as taller than me. I think, tall and short people are found in every ethnicity, some ethnicities have short more, and some have tall more, and of course it all comes down to nutrition and diet, climate over centuries.
