Tbh ancient history is so boring I always had shit grades studying about ancient Egypt history at school but had like the highest grades when it came down to medieval Islamic history and modern history of Egypt, I just find modern history more connected and more fun to read about it, I'd rather learn about slavery in America than about say the Phoenicians.
