A lot of them make it out the slums and move west, it doesnt really have much to do with iq more to do with location they were born as and caste, which dont affect iq.

I wasn't really expressing that Indians are low IQ, I'm just saying there are so many of them, to many people it may seem like intelligent Indians are more common than they actually are. I think location and caste would affect IQ (not genetically)
