The human skull is a part of the body that almost always is the same size in all adults. The human head is approximately 20 centimetres long and 15 or 16 centimetres wide.

Someone that is 1 metre tall will have the same head size as someone that is 2 metres tall. There are exceptions, but this is usually the case.

The mechanisms for this I cannot answer as I do not know.
