Why are Mexicans so shit compared to the rest of latin america? Or is it just me

They're always louder and uglier compared to Central or South americans in my experience. Central American foids are usually as ugly as Mexican ones but not nearly as annoying at least and the men are based. But there are a lot of attractive ones from South America. Could just be me though.
