Why are most looksmaxxers so shallow?

not even being good looking, life HAD TO make them work on their personalities in hopes for finding someone in the past unlike those naturally good looking people that never had to work on their personalities to get validation but seems like life didnt do that this time
seems like most looksmaxxers were on a void before finding out about bp, after that they stick into this in hopes of becoming chad and living life efortlessly one day
