Why are most religious/good girls sub HTB?

Aside from the obvious answer that they find it harder whaddya mean sub HTB? Many religious women wear loose clothing and hijabs- that kind of hides their beauty. At that point you can only see their pure facial features.

On the opposite end of the spectrum, a slutty girl is always halo for a good face.

I think hijab is compulsory. But ngl if you put 10 HTB women in front of me, 5 of them were slutty and the other 5 in religious clothing, obviously the former bunch would get my dicks approval.

This is just clothing. I have no problem with an MTB hijabi girl because I know behind the veil in the home she's HTB - for my eyes only.
