They have this big diamond shape and feel both bony and cartilaginous to the touch.
So are my wrists. They look almost like two small projected doorknobs with little to no muscle/fat around them.
Can anyone also explain why my collar bone is so thick and big like a tree branch and it's visible even at higher bodyfat percentages?
How come other bones in my body are big but my jaws aint?
