why are my cheekbones lumpy

you can only notice it in a cloudy grey weather where the lighting is bright white, or inside a building with bright white lights

but my cheekbones genuinely are lumpy, not necessarily aesthetically unpleasing, i find it nice it adds definition but like why does my bone do that
