Why are my hair gray at 17

Hi im Welli and 17 years old,

My hair is normally brown but i started to notice that my hair is like a bit grey. It has like a gray shine. Why is that?

My genes for that are hella good my grandma has still black hair at 75 my mom too so maybe stress or malnourisjment

then its stress i started loosing hair at 14 bcs of scholl and stress i went early to scholl so i started high scholl at 14 and i lost like 2-4cm of hair in short time but then i started prioritizing my health and looks over scholl which is pointless and useless and my hair stopped falling its in the same state since 14 so i guess it helped
