Why are my nasolabial folds so uneven?

That doesn't even look like a bad NL fold. It might even disappear if you drop to a very lean body fat or get lipo done on that area.

You have very little extra fat there anyway, not even pinchable, maybe 2 millimeters?

Your skin quality is also very dry. Are you on tretinoin? If not, why not?
