They already requested a ban in advance and then deleted their accounts. Or they were permabanned and then they deleted their accounts.

First one is an alt of an active user. Perhaps that’s the reason. Didn’t look into the second user.

You don’t understand me, literally every deleted account is now also banned . Just check for yourself. @Deleted member 7173 does not have an active account for example and was not banned until like today or very recently
