Why are people in the gym so much shorter?

Im a 5 10 mexican nigga living in a country where avverage is 5 11 outside im like 60% of the time shorter when i dont got my 1inch lifts+air max on but when i go to the gym its not unusual that im towering over some 5 6 nigga like im the tallest atleast 70% of the time and these people are my age or older just go to the gym if you feel short theorie.

shortcells go to the gym to cope away and build an impressive frame, it doesnt save them but it makes it giga easy to mog at the gym if youre normal height & enhanced
