Can somebody explain why Filipinos are so prideful of their shitty, corrupt country?
My dad geo-maxed after the divorce with my mum and brought this 23-year-old over from the Philippines. Me and my sister obviously found the idea disgusting, but he told us she could be a mother figure to us and look after us because he leaves for multiple days for work and we need somebody to stay with us.
Long story short, she came, and she is lazy as fuck and doesn’t care for us at all. She doesn’t clean or cook and doesn’t have a license because apparently she is scared of driving, and she just stays in her room on Facebook when my dad isn’t home.
Anyway, she has this thing where she hates Westerners and anybody that isn’t Christian. So she found this stupid group of Filipinos at church, and they come over for church stuff sometimes. They’re actually really nice to me and my sister because they know we’ve been through a lot since our mum abandoned us.
But their kids are awful. I’m not going to go into all the things they’ve done, but they are incredibly rude to us even though we’ve tried our hardest.
