Why are prostitutes more hated than sluts?

If a foid has sex with random niggas for money she is basically shunned by society, but if a foid has sex with random niggas for free/engages in hook-up culture nobody really bats an eye.

I never understood this. I have much more respect for a woman who was a prostitute to survive than some slut who just lets any nigga at the club hit.
