It's almost pointless to oppose surgery. No matter what your genetics are, if you were health-indicatormaxxed as a child, you would've had what you can achieve by surgery. True genetic miracles are people who have it no matter what they do (e.g. Prime Barret smoked, drank, and ate junk but still remained looking what he is.) But past that, nothing besides height and some parts of the eye area are genetic.
Why oppose living to the max? Hundreds of millions of people are just a few surgeries away from unlocking a higher quality of living, possibly a better job, their dream life. Not saying you can't achieve this without surgeries, but why give your one shot at life up short because "muh feminine" or some other reason like that. If you have the money, do it. Live your life, live your dream.
