They jacked up the CHG for everyone, decreased the ZNF and increased the AASI. They’re also assigning groups that historically haven’t been associated with people. For example, my relatives are getting SAHG and NHG. You should rely on the Vahaduo calculator, the calculators are now much better than whatever garbage IllustrativeDNA is showing you. You have lots of Steppe, they are Ror levels of Steppe; they are a South Asian ethnic group who apparently originated in Sindh. Funnily enough, your ZNF is very low. What’s your known ethnic background? The YRNF is interesting, and seems legitimate.

My mom is 50% Northern Irish Protestant, 25% English, 25% Swiss German.
My dad is Iranian Armenian, his father is from Isfahan. But his mother has Iranian Azeri ancestry. I’m not sure exactly where or how, but she lived in a region of Iran (Arasbaran/Qaradagh) where there are many Azeris, spoke Azeri, adopted Azeri customs, etc.

It's because you're mixed. Iranians tend to have higher ANF.

And do you know why my steppe is so high? I thought most Iranians were only like 2-10% steppe, and NW Euro like 40%. I thought the Illustrative estimate of 25% was more accurate than Vahaduo’s 44%

Iranians still have some Steppe, in their teens, and Europeans have a lot of Steppe. That's why you score a lot of Steppe too, thanks to your mother.

No, it would be your mother's haplogroup. I believe U5 was present in Steppe. Either that or preceding era. It's because U is actually the oldest haplogroup in Europe. So it could be mesolithic as well.
