Why are there a lot more equivalently tall women than men?

I see women around 185cm all the time (which should equate to about 2m in a male).

But men that are 200cm are infinitely much rarer to spot, at least 5x.

Am I seeing trannies, or what is going on?

Opposite here, only about 3-4 2m guys and 20+ girls at 185+.
