why are there so few legit truecels in this community

whenever I go out in public for longer than 20 minutes I almost always see some dude that is legit subhuman. like he's disabled or a ultra tubro manlet or something. and I wonder why are none of them on incel forums? you think this community would be full of them but no 90% of .is users are just non-NT ltn's and on .org it's pretty similar.
